Your idea deserves real software. Not a $100K dev quote.
Enterprise-grade software, built and run for you, by a founder who's done it.
Takes about five minutes. Every pitch is reviewed personally by Dan.

AI changed who gets to build software. Now it's your turn.
You've seen it everywhere. Founders describing an app in plain English and watching it come to life. It's real, it's powerful, and it's the biggest shift in building software in a generation. Ideas that needed a funded startup and a dev team two years ago can now be built in weeks.
Here's the part nobody posts about.
It works on your laptop. Then reality shows up.
AI can write an app in an afternoon. Great. Now try running it.
Vibe coding gets you a demo. We get you a business.
Until now, you had three bad options.
Hire a team.
A $200K-a-year dev team, months before anything ships, and a burn rate that kills the idea before customers ever see it.
Go offshore.
Cheaper on paper. Then come the time zones, the miscommunication, the babysitting, and code nobody can maintain.
Do it yourself.
Six months in a code editor, learning servers instead of selling. Your idea waits while you become an engineer.
There's a fourth option now. It's us.
JV stands for joint venture. We're not a vendor. We're your partner.
We build your software with the same AI tools everyone's talking about, plus the part they skip: the servers, the security, the payments, the email, the texting, the scale. Built faster than a traditional team, at a fraction of the cost, by people in your corner, not across an ocean.
We build it.
Enterprise-grade software, built with AI at a speed and cost that wasn't possible before.
We run it.
Hosting, security, updates and every one of those 70+ keys. You never touch a server.
We grow it with you.
Your AI marketing engine is built in, and we keep improving the product as you grow.
Every founder's different. So is every deal.
Partner with us
Want to get to market without the big upfront bill? Partner with us. We bring the tech, you bring the audience and the sales, and we grow it together. Less cash upfront, more skin in the game on both sides.
Done for you
Want it built, handed over and fully yours? We'll do that too. We build it, launch it and keep it running for as long as you want us.
Not sure which fits? That's what the pitch is for. Tell us your idea and we'll find the right deal.
I'll see the opportunities in your idea you'd miss.
I'm Dan McCabe. I spent years in real estate and development, through 2018. Then I spent years building affiliate and technology infrastructure for other companies, the unglamorous systems that quietly do the work while everyone else is posting. Now I'm the founder of Collectors Club AI, a platform I built and run the same way we'll build and run yours.
Here's what that history taught me: most founders are sitting on a bigger idea than the one they pitch. They just can't see it yet, because they're too close to it. My job is to see it, say it out loud, and then build the system that makes it real.
I'm not here to take your order. I'm here to find the opportunity in your idea that you haven't seen yet, then build it with you.
Systems over hustle. Hustle burns out. Systems compound.
Collectors Club AI. Built, hosted and run exactly the way yours will be.
A full platform for collectibles sellers. Every piece below is live and in use.
AI agents
that answer customers, qualify buyers and run the back office.
Texting
built in, with the compliance work already done.
Online storefronts
sellers can launch in minutes.
Payments and payouts
including the parts that get most startups shut down.
An iOS app
in the App Store.
A marketing engine
that schedules social, writes campaigns and tracks what works.
This is the bar. Your product doesn't get built to a lower one.
You won't just get software. You'll get the machine that sells it.
Every JV Vibe partner gets our AI marketing system from day one. Social scheduling across your channels. AI-written campaigns in your voice. Landing pages, email sequences and the tracking that shows which of them is actually working. It's the same engine we run for ourselves, pointed at your product.
Social scheduling.
Plan a month of posts in an afternoon.
AI campaigns.
Launches, promos and follow-ups, drafted for you, approved by you.
Attribution.
Know which post, ad or email brought each customer in.
Selling is your job. We just make sure you're never doing it with empty hands.
We're picky. You should be too.
This is for you if
- You have an audience, a customer list, or a proven ability to sell.
- You know the problem you're solving because you've lived it.
- You're committed. This is the business, not a side quest.
- You're coachable. You want a partner with opinions, not a yes-man.
- You want to launch this year, not someday.
This isn't for you if
- You're shopping for the cheapest coder.
- You want a dev-for-hire who does exactly what you say and nothing more.
- You have an idea but no plan for who's going to buy it.
- You want to own 100 percent of something that's 0 percent built.
- You're hoping the software will do the selling for you.
If you read the left column and nodded, keep going.
Five steps. The first one takes five minutes.
- 1
Pitch your idea to our AI.
A real conversation, not a form. It'll ask the questions Dan would ask, and it'll get excited with you about what's possible.
- 2
Get a strategy call with Dan.
If it's a fit, you'll talk directly with Dan about the idea, the audience and the opportunities you haven't seen yet.
- 3
We build.
A real product, built to the same standard as everything we run ourselves.
- 4
You launch.
With the marketing engine behind you and a partner on call.
- 5
We grow it together.
Version one is the start. We keep building, you keep selling, and we both keep winning.
Questions founders ask before they pitch.
Still have a question? The fastest way to get it answered is to pitch.
What does JV actually mean?
Joint venture. Instead of paying a huge upfront bill for software, you can partner with us. We build and run the tech, you drive the sales, and we both win when it grows. Every deal is shaped around the founder.
I've tried vibe coding myself. Why do I need you?
Because building is the easy part. Running it is the hard part: hosting, security, payments, messaging, scale. We handle all of it so you can stay focused on selling.
What does it cost?
There's no price list, because there's no product on a shelf. Every partnership is shaped around the idea, the audience and the speed you want to move at. What we can tell you: you'll put skin in the game up front, we'll carry the entire technology operation, and revenue is shared. The specifics are the first thing Dan works through with you on the strategy call.
Who owns the technology?
In a joint venture, we do, and we carry everything that comes with it: hosting, security, uptime, upgrades and the 2 a.m. problems. You own your brand, your customers and your relationships. If you'd rather own the technology outright, that's a different conversation, and one we're happy to have.
Can I just pay you to build it and walk away?
Sometimes. A small number of clients pay a full build price and take the technology with them. It's a very different arrangement from a partnership, and it's priced like one. If that's what you're after, say so in your pitch.
I have a great idea but no audience yet. Should I still pitch?
Pitch it. Be honest about where you are. An audience or a proven way to sell is the single biggest thing we look for, because software without a seller is just a server bill. If you don't have one yet, the AI will ask what your plan is, and Dan will tell you straight whether it's enough.
How long does it take?
Faster than a dev shop and slower than a demo. A first version that real customers can pay for is usually a matter of weeks, not quarters. The honest answer depends on what you're building, and you'll get a real timeline on the call, not a brochure number.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your customer and be able to sell to them. You'll never touch a server, a database or an API key. That's the whole point.
What if it doesn't work?
Then we'll both have lost something, which is exactly why we're selective about who we partner with. We don't promise outcomes, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What we promise is a real product, built and run to the same standard as the software we run for ourselves, and a partner who's motivated to see it sell.
What kinds of software do you build?
Real products for real businesses: marketplaces, membership platforms, booking and scheduling tools, customer-facing AI agents, storefronts, apps that text your customers, and the admin panels that run them. If your idea has customers, logins and money changing hands, it's probably in our lane.
How is this different from a no-code builder or an AI app generator?
Those tools get you a demo. We get you a business. The difference is everything that happens after the demo works: hosting, security, payments, email, texting, scale, support, and the next twenty features your customers will ask for. We own all of that so you don't have to.
What's Dan's role after launch?
Partner and coach. Dan stays involved in where the product goes next, what to build, and what opportunities you're not seeing yet. He is not your on-call developer, and he's not a silent investor either. Think of him as the co-founder who happens to run the entire tech side.
Do you work with existing businesses, or only new ideas?
Both. Some of the best partnerships start with a business that already has customers and needs software to serve more of them, faster.
What happens to my pitch?
It's read by Dan, personally. If it's a fit, you'll get an invitation to a strategy call. If it isn't, you'll hear that too. Either way, it's never sold, shared or spammed.
Pitch Us Your Idea.
Every application is reviewed personally by Dan.
No forms, no decks, no pitch-perfect polish required. Tell our AI what you're building and who it's for. If we see what you see, you'll hear from Dan.
